The Stanley Kramer Centennial Celebration continued with a double feature screening of "The Caine Mutiny" and "Home Of The Brave" at the Billy Wilder Theater. Radio Host Tim Cogshell introduced "Home Of The Brave."
The Centennial series continued with another double feature screening, this time of Champion and The Men. Special guest Sally Kellerman introduced The Men. Also on hand to commemorate the film were several actors with disabilities.
The Stanley Kramer Centennial Celebration continued with a double feature screening of So This Is New York and Cyrano De Bergerac at the Billy Wilder Theater. On hand to share in the festivites were presenters Garry Marshall and Fred Willard.
The Stanley Kramer Centennial Celebration kicked-off with a VIP party at the Hammer Museum on Friday August 9, 2013, prior to the screening of the newly restored print of Kramer's Death of a Salesman. Stars from many of Stanley Kramer's films were in attendance at the event, including: Sidney Poitier, Louis Gossett Jr., Mickey Rooney, George Chakiris, Barrie Chase, Marvin Kaplan, Stan Freeberg, Cara Williams Barrymore, Theodore Bikel, Richard Erdman, Marsha Hunt, Barbara Luna, Bill Mumy, Marc Vahanian, Karen Sharpe Kramer, and Kat Kramer.
